If there is a conflict between the service and an official government source, the official source controls.

Some features may require a paid upgrade. Prices, included features, and upgrade scope are determined by what is displayed in the product at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as PayPal. Premium access is activated only after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction.

The product design, educational content, copy, structure, and software components made available through the service remain the property of the operator or its licensors, except for third-party materials used under their respective rights.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose under these terms.

The service may evolve over time. Features may be added, removed, revised, paused, or discontinued, and occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, fixes, or infrastructure issues.

The operator is not required to maintain any particular feature set forever, including specific learning modules, application-guide branches, or integrations.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No promise is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or suitable for every user or every immigration situation.

Because the product deals with changing public-policy topics, outdated or incomplete information may occasionally appear despite reasonable efforts to keep content useful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

If liability is imposed despite the previous sentence, the operator's total liability for a claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid for the paid feature directly related to that claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

The operator may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is abused, if security risks arise, or if continued access is no longer practical to provide.

Sections that are naturally meant to survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment records, will continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted here unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the service after the update means you accept the revised terms.
